Terms of Service

Last Updated: Tuesday 6 Oct, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website gandcrestoration.net (the "Site") and any services provided by G&C Restoration LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, introduce viruses or malicious code, scrape or harvest content, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, and design—is the property of G&C Restoration LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or during an on-site inspection are good-faith approximations based on conditions visible at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts.

Final pricing may change if:

  • Concealed damage is discovered during work (e.g., rotted decking beneath shingles)

  • Actual material costs differ from those quoted

  • Scope of work changes at your request

  • Site conditions differ from those originally observed

A signed contract or written work authorization is required before any work begins. That contract governs the specific terms of your project, including pricing, timeline, and payment schedule.

Free Inspections

Free inspections and estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase services. By requesting an inspection, you authorize G&C Restoration to access your roof and exterior for assessment purposes.

We may document inspections with photographs and written notes for the purpose of preparing your estimate, supporting insurance claims, and maintaining project records.

Insurance Claims Assistance

Where G&C Restoration assists with insurance claims, we do so as a contractor providing documentation and on-site support. We are not a public insurance adjuster and do not negotiate claims on your behalf in a legal capacity. Final claim decisions rest solely with your insurance carrier.

We do not guarantee claim approval, coverage amounts, or specific outcomes. Any assistance we provide is complementary to—not a replacement for—your own communication with your insurer.

Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project dates are scheduled in good faith but may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, and factors outside our control. We will communicate delays promptly.

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled work hours and to remove or secure vehicles, pets, and personal property from the work area.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your signed contract. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required before materials are ordered

  • Progress payments may be scheduled at project milestones

  • Final payment is due upon completion and final walkthrough

  • Invoices unpaid beyond the stated terms may be subject to late fees or collection action

We accept payment by [insert accepted methods: check, card, ACH, financing]. Returned checks may incur a fee.

Workmanship Warranty

G&C Restoration provides a workmanship warranty covering installation defects for the period specified in your contract. This is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty on materials.

Workmanship warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage from storms, hail, or acts of God after installation

  • Damage caused by third parties, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper maintenance or failure to address reported issues

Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's own terms, which we provide at final walkthrough.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&C Restoration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Kentucky law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G&C Restoration LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your failure to disclose relevant information about your property.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action. If resolution fails, disputes shall be brought in the courts of Madison County, Kentucky.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
